If a band wanted to make things 'professional' for tax etc would it be better for them to set up as a partnership or company? Thanks.

If the bands income was sufficiently small that they were asking for tax advice on an internet legal discussion forum then a partnership would probably be best. Incidently if the band already earns money, and hasnt set itself up as a company......then its a partnership by default
