Thats silly. Why not tell us more about the interview and we can possibly ease your mind, ask you example questions. You never know could be folks on here in your industry!

    no point in cancelling.
the worst that can happen in an interview is that you dont get the job.
at the very least think of it as experience for the next time.

trust me, interviewers expect nerves and will try to set you at ease if they can.
theres nothing wrong with a candidate being a little shaky or tense.
ive gone white as a ghost on interviews, literally ****ting myself, and have got the job anyway :)

As Subway said, cancelling the interview would be your worst option. What's the worst that can happen but you don't get the job?? So what, at the very least you will gain some experience of how interviews in your field of work are conducted and you should be better prepared for the next interview.

F**k it. Do the interview. Screw it up badly, its all good. 2 or 3 interviews down the line, and you'll have gotten used to it.

Heck, even if you get the dole these days, there's a good percentage chance you'll be interviewed by FAS about getting you a job:D

Is there any particular reason why you are so nervous about this interview? There are valid reasons for cancelling an interview but nerves isn't one. Unless you have a very specific reason to be nervous about this one you'll just end up being worse for the next one.

As has been pointed out above, even if you don't get the job you'll gain valuable experience. Interview technique can be very important so it's always good thing to improve yours.

Also, if you sitting there thinking that you don't stand a chance then you could be wrong. The panel of candidates is not always as good as you might imagine.
