Is there any way to get rid of the little pane in the bottom right of the screen? Its like the one on the left but I think it just gets in the way

Also how do I get rid of the health bar that appears over creatures when I get close?

The two of them are annoying me and I cant seem to get rid of them so any help would be appreciated. :)

Health bar over creatures is just the V-key functionality, press V and it should just go back to the name of the creature.

If you're talking about the extra action bar you can turn them off in the Interface Options - Advanced
