green joker problems

    it took about a week to link my gjp account with blue square. I also had difficulty entering the bonus code "gjp500". I asked the host to do it manually. No problems there. Until I discovered that they entered the blue square bonus which was to end on the 10th. I mentioned this to a host last night . they said they would sort it. After about 20 minutes they asked me to check my cashier. Still no change. They said it was on their screen and to check my blue square account. They also said they had deducted 1000 action points from the bonus requirement and given me an extension till the end of the month.

    Im happy enough with the arrangement, as all i wanted was the bonus. I know some posters here are involved in gjp, so i thought i would let you know. I had every intention of playing on gjp but now Im on blue square and I presume im paying them the rake.

    As with any large company the quality of service can vary depending on who you speak to. Bluesquare have just employed a new customer service manager and he seems to be aware and taking care of any problems service wise. Any GJP players who want a direct link to the top please PM me for my Phone number in case of problems.

    i am aware of the problems on tribeca. I posted here to see if the same had happened to anybody else. I dont mind switching back.
