Has anyone read 'How to mend you broken heart' by Paul McKenna and Hugh Willbourn? Is it any good?

    Moving this to literature

Its a self help book. I would hardly call it literature! I think its in the appropiate forum (personal issues). People who might find it useful are more likely to look in 'Personal Issues' rather the 'literature'. Perhaps it might be a good idea to start a section for self help books. There are so many on the market I'm sure it would be used alot.
