The position of Assistant Manager has come up in a large exciting expaning grocery retail shop. The position is open to those with 1yrs min experience at assistant level or 2 years at dept level with revelant experience in the below fields.

The job role would include upkeep of merchandising standards,wastage control, expense control, stock and ordering, HR, secuirity and fresh foods

The bulk of the 45 hours are in the evening/nightime not exceeding 10 o'clock.

The prospect for advancement to store manager exists in the future as is the need to better oneself along with other staff and management.

Training in areas the canditate is weak in will be provided off site but there must not be too many

Wages are neogiatable based on current wages with good honest bonus structure in place for awards and achievements and targets

the position is in north Wicklow
