problem with anti-vir

over the last 4 nights i keep getting the 'this program has performed an illegal operation' whenever anti vir updates. it just happened again a few mins ago. its strange though as the internet doesnt shut down, it just stays normal as if nothing happened. has this happened to any other of the anti vir users. gar

No problems that I can recall, uninstall it and then reinstall perhaps and see if it still persists?
