Hi Sorry to be so dumb about this but my friend is having a few issues putting music on her H10 iRiver-anyone able to help??? Trying to download MP3 files using iRiver software and having problems.Does she need to convert them from MP3 files to something else and if so,how does she convert files exactly? You might get a better response in the Portable Media Players forum, roisin82. I don't know much about these iRivers, they are connected to the computer with a USB cable?
