Converting Addresses to Longnitude Latitude

Hi Lads, Just wondering if anyone knew if there was a program to convert Irish addresses e.g. 10 Belmont Grove Stillorgan to longnitude latitude? I have about 7000 addresses and numbers that i need converted to longnitude latitude to put into my google map api. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Gary
