Just wondering has anyone been to Warsaw? Was thinking of going there for a long weekend. Is there much to see and do??

I have been a few times and I love it. There is a New town which is your normal comercial center with a few shops (department stores) , you get from the new town to the lovely old town by walking through the national gardens which is nice. For a two night break it will be ideal and is interesting. Its pretty cheap also . The really nice hotels are :: Intercontinental,Marriott and the Polonia Palace. All in the new town but only 20 mins walk from the old town.
