I just bought a '95 to get me by til after xmas, but i went to have new tyres fitted on the alloys (205, 40's x 17'') and the mechanic discovered a crack in the alloy, very small but it needs to be repaired, now the spare that came with the car doesnt fit and im finding it hard to get my hands on one to get me to the garage to get it fixed... any ideas??

Did you try ringing a few local scrap yards?

The Opel/Vauxhall Tigra is based on the Corsa so more than likely a wheel from a Corsa or Astra will fit. Make sure and try it on before parting with the cash first though.

No harm in giving them a ring and getting a price from them. They may have an old one lying around the garage, you never know.
