    Here is a video of the verdict being read out, so much for free speech as there is quite a bit edited out of it. If he is hanged should it be televised ?

    What has freedom of speech got to do with this? As far as I can tell it only censors the court guards so as to protect them against any possible attacks, though I could be wrong.

    I don't see why his hanging should or would be televised.

    wont have to be televised it will be recorded and posted on the net then a few days later banned after a few thousand people have already downloaded it. the gift that is the internet!!.

    Joe most of Saddam said during the trial was censored, thats what I mean about freedom of speech.

    I think the media would be better off showing us the real pics from Iraq. The bodies, the injuries and the carnage. These pics would surely bring this to a speedier conclusion.
