Don't forget Enterprise Ireland and their SYOB(Start your own Business) courses usually in conjunction with FAS. FAS also do courses.
Enterprise Ireland may also be able to help with mentoring.
Plato is not a bad option either after a couple of years.
And of course the Chambers just for the networking part of it.
