Episode Title: "The Glass Ballerina"

Synopsis (from TV.Com):

Sun and Jin's lives are put in danger when Sayid tries to locate Jack and the other missing castaways. Sayid also creates a plan in order to get the attention of the "Others" on the beach. Meanwhile, Henry (i.e. Ben) gives Jack an offer that is very tempting in exchange for his cooperation. Lastly, Kate and Sawyer must adjust to harsh conditions that are being forced upon them by "The Others."

found this quite slow..........
then again - Ben is hinting at a big event to Jack...and the previous week Jukia/Juliet (or whatever) did say the nest 2 weeks would be hard to Sawyer and Kate - like they are being tested.

Luv to know how the others knew it was a trap? cameras everywhere?

Best theory so far - the others are actually good guys and the dharma folks control the smoke........

nah its a cool idea but they are the dharma guys cause theyve been there all there lives although someone else could be controlling the smoke which would be cool.

i reckon, like an above poster that they are being tested. maybe they will become members of the others down the line.
and kate looked great breaking those rocks, pity the wind wasnt a bit stronger

Do you mean just in reference to Jack's dad's old catchphrase, or is there more to it?

That seems like a reply to something...who said anything about the Red Sox reference? Anyway, regarding that I thought it was great! As soon as Ben mentioned the Red Sox I just laughed. Brilliant end scene.

I sort of believe now, that the others that they have contact with the outside world as opposed to last week when I thought Juliet was bluffing with Jack when she said she had his fathers autopsy report etc.

Good episode! I dunno why people have said that the first 2/3 episodes are crap because from what I've seen it's great! Flashbacks on Jun and Sun I never really like but it was ok this week. I liked Sayids plan but wasn't well thought out. If there were more of the Losties could've worked - could've hid more people on the boat for an ambush. LOVED when Sun shot yer one (Coleen...?) but chances are she's not dead I know that seems harsh because a lot of people seem to have the theorey that the Others are actually good people but I think that is too obvious

Another note about Sayids plan. As someone above me has mentioned the plan failed possiblt because they had cameras there. I wonder where else they have cameras Not at the Losties camp but could have more around the jungle although I only saw Ben looking at around 6 cameras...I'm annoyed that they can hear Sawyer/Kates conversations but of course theyd have to have cameras at the cages..

Speaking of Kate and Sawyer........LOVED the scene where they kissed! Brilliant! I was hoping that Sawyer would take his top off whilst working but...:(....when he was looking at Kates ass oit was nearly very revealing!!

Kind of a long babbling post but just thought the episode was very exciting! cant wait for next tuesday!

Well before Jack went on the plane, the red sox hadn't won the world series for 86 years, but they did win it in 2004.
