are PPP Points transferable?

just wondering if you can transfer Paddy points.
i have 2 mil points and i only need another 700K to be able to buy the 31" LCD TV.
the problem is i dont play on the site any more and dont really play online for the moment that much at all.
so im willing to pay for the 700K or if any one from PPP is kind enough to see if they can sort me out in any way at all i would much appreciated.
