Hi I bought a w810i on Meteor the other day. I only realised a day or so after that my w810i differs from my mates. Although we both have the same software version, and the same theme set. His phone has a much better menu interface. Also his phone has the option to do a software update, mine doesnt. Has anyone else come…

Has anyone else come across this problem?
A software update has still not fixed this problem.
