    Hi Guys.

Does anyone know how many proxys 1 person can have at a EGM, for example, if 1 person turned up to an egm with 6 proxys, is this allowed??

    Cheers,

Depends entirely on what the articles of association state.
In our Management Company any member may vote for any one other member who is not in attendance providing the other member notifies the company secetary at least 5 days before the meeting. This will of course vary- depending on what exactly is in the articles of association of the company in question.

At our last AGM, we had proxy forms for 10 residents, so our resident's association committee voted on behalf of those 10.

I don't think there is a limit, but it does depend on the company articles of association.
