I was just wondering what people thought of PIAB. Will it succeed or fail in the long run? Also, was it a good idea or a bad idea to cut solicitors out of the loop? I've read that it led to very negative feelings between the legal and insurance industries but I was curious to know peoples thoughts on the matter generally.…
