Low fat burgers

I got some cheap rib steak, trimmed off the fat almost completely and liquidised it. This would not be great for bolognese since it looses all texture, but it is great for burgers. The burgers do not shrink up much and the grill or pan does not spatter at all due to the lack of fat. This meat is the same price as most mince, and cheaper than so called "lean mince", but at least you can see what you are really getting. You can choose a cut that is easy to trim, I use a scissors, best thing for cutting up any meats.
