I was just wondering if it's possible to take Home Ec as a Leaving Cert subject at home, it's not offered in my school and I'd really like to give it a go.

    Any ideas?

i find home ec interesting cool subject! but ya have to do jornals like investigations on what ya cooked so i dont know you are supposed to them under supervision of a teacher, a hard subject to get a good grade in but id say whats the harm and give it a go

No. All practical work must be done in front of your teacher so you can't do it alone.
