Hi all, I’m in the process of organising a National Casino Clubs Poker Tour.
To kick this off the Adelaide Casino, Sligo have offered to host our first tournament.

Tournament Poker Ireland Ltd, in conjunction with the Adelaide Casino, are running this event which will be a commercial affair. Paul Walsh, card-room manager at the Adelaide has generoulsy offered to serve food and a great atmosphere is assured.

The tournament will take place on Saturday December 2nd at 2pm. Registration and satellites will start at 12pm and the tournament will start at 2pm sharp.

    The buy-in will be €200 + €20 reg. and the tournament will be a no-limit hold’em freeze-out.
We are expecting 55-60 runners and if that is the case it may be a two day event, the final table playing it out on Sunday December 3rd to decide the winner.
This will be a 100% prize-pool pay-out (all-cash) with the exception of one deduction for an entry into the Ritz Club’s stg.£50,000 guaranteed tournament in mid-December being given to the outright winner.

We are hoping that this will breath a bit of life into the poker scene in the Sligo area and we would greatly appreciate the support of all players.

    Here’s the blind structure:
10,000 starting chips, 40 minute clock.
    Level 1. 25-50
    Level 2. 50-100
    Level 3. 75-150
    Break
    Level 4. 100-200
    Level 5. 100-200 25 Ante
    Level 6. 150-300 25 Ante
    Break
    Level 7. 200-400 50 Ante
    Level 8. 300-600 75 Ante
    Level 9. 400-800 100 Ante
    Break
    Level 10. 500-1,000 100 Ante
    And so on………..

We will be using the EPT pay-out structure which means that all of the final table will be paid. I will be acting as tournament director and will be enlisting the help of some of the best dealers in Ireland to run this event.

There will be a documented list of rules (TDA rules).

We will also block book accommodation so please contact Stephe[at]pokerireland.ie if you are interested in playing.

I will play in a satellite for this if you can get one organised.
@ goodlucktome Sorry for being of topic but do you know of any FOs for around 50-100 in the Donegal area? The only good one that I know of is the €50 FO in Ardara every second week.

Thanks for the support, I'm sure we'll be able to make this a class tournament if we get the runners.....I've been getting loads of positive feedback from tournament organisers in the surrounding towns.

If you PM Julie O'Leary on 'JoolsPoker' she will tell you all of the tournaments in the area.....She runs loads of top class tournaments in Letterkenny and will be running satellites to this too I think.

Not related to this thread but the I will be confirming a date for the Student Championship this week too, (Thanks for all the help with that Goodluck and cooker, I will need to meet up with all the college society reps again soon to organise registering players).
