    Hi lads. been with a company about 3 months now and they have asked me to go for an interview at a managers position.
    However I am getting those last min nerves.

    Im trying to get over the basic questions but the one that always gets me is what do you bring to the company.any help with the interview from your experience would be gr8. Its a sales position

    You bring:

    - your expertise in that area from working across x, y and z industries for w number of years

    - you have managed projects a, b, and c worth d, e, and f €k's

    - team player, team lead skills

    - ability to delegate / motivate

    - ability to "think outside the box"

    Think about that one .

    Once you have a list of questions prepared get some one to do a fake interview with you... and remember lots of eye contact, no rambling.

    thats the problem. I may as well not have gone for the job. it was just a chat not an interview at all. very surprised
