    Hello all,
I don't even know if this is the right forum but I'll tell you what I'm at anyway.

I'm in sixth year and I am involved in a project called "the comenius Project"

There are only 7 schools in ALL of europe involved and we get to go to the other countries to visit and stuff.

It is about the history of flight but really it's aim is to introduce different countries/ customs etc to all of us.It's a 3 year project.

Anyway, we have to do a project at the moment about Clouds!
Thats all we were given. The heading "Clouds".We have to come up with something and make sure that it is something unique an exciting..

Any ideas / help would be greatly greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

I think I did something like this in 4th year but it was a worldwide project. We didn't visit any of the other countries though.

On the point, to link clouds and the history of flight, you could talk about gliding and thermals (the most common, there are others) as a form of lift. You should be able to find loads of information about this.

It's interesting, Lilienthal suggested that scientists/engineers/inventors should use gliders to research the laws of aviation instead of simply designing a powered aircraft on paper, building it and hoping it would fly.

I wish I could do this project! :(
