Try the Top North Hotel , its on the moon mang road, v v central , close to night market , Its a 3 * ( i think) , good rooms , when I was there it was roughly €20 - €25 / night , oh yeah , its got a swimming pool as well.
If you cant find it on google try www.asiarooms.com

'S' or 'SK'. They are both right beside eachother. Any tuk tuk driver will know SK. Some rooms are better than others so look at a few. I can't remember which is which but the one with the lounge area with TV in front is better. Really good place to stay. It's also cheaper than Chieftain's high class hotel! :P

Yeah I stayed in the Top North as well. Grand location and great value, although the aircon is kinda busted in some rooms. If there's a problem just tell them to put you in a different room though. It's got a kind of health spa in the place as well with sauna's and massage etc.
