And so concludes the mid term madness that was Halloween and I must say it was one of the most colourful weekends in a long time! So as the corporation cleans up the mess left behind by gangs of drunken teenagers and we pack away our costumes complete with an array of fresh beer stains and cigarette burns, we roll on into November. A month when days get longer, nights get colder and shops get manic as the thought of Christmas gets closer. November at Acii Disco will see more in the way of great guests to take away some of the stress attached to the build up to Christmas.

This week November 4th Acii Disco resident Al Keegan will be representing the night in the SOAPCLUB in Germany for the first of many international club swaps. He will be playing a 2 hour set alongside the Soapclub resident’s in a club that is considered one of Hanover’s biggest techno hang outs and has seen some of the most innovative names in dance music play. To find out more hit - www.soapclub.de

While here in Dublin residents Jonathan Woods and David Hargadon will be looking after proceedings. Jonathan will be warming up while David will make his headlining debut. Expect all the usual treats, Deep. Chuggy. Techy. Twisted. Groovy. Jackin. Pumpin.

November 11th will see Milton Jackson (freerange/urbantorque/tsuba) make his Irish debut at the club. With a very impressive back catalogue of some of the finest house records on labels such as Glasgow underground, Bear Trax and Sole Music and a more recent much tougher string of releases that have been hammered by some of the biggest names in the industry he is defiantly one to watch for 2007. You can find out more at www.theemjays.com or www.myspace.com/miltonjackson

November 18th we welcome everybody’s friend and one the most popular Thursday night hang outs in the capital, BACKLASH is in the house. Resident DJ and promoter of the night Jon Averil will be playing for 2 hours alongside resident Brian Cairns.

And Finally November 25th will see Corrugated Tunnel headline, with a warm up from Anthony Remedy. Both are no strangers to the scene and have more than enough experience to know what’s required when turning the place upside down.

To come along free of charge this week to see Jonathan and David simply answer the following question –

Who will play Acii Disco on November 11th?

Mail all answers to acdisco@gmail.com we have 10 double passes to give away so good luck!
