Weakest STT Poker Rooms

    Hello,

Im going to give making money playing STT's a shot as ive been playing $5 and $10 and i think im very capable of netting minimum 20% roi, so im building my bankroll and moving my way through the levels hoping to hit the $20 level very soon and work up to the $50 level in the coming months.

Anyway i play on Paddypower but i have concerns over the following as i move through the levels:

    Rakeback
    Liquidity
    Quality of Players
    Software Compatible

    Rakeback
Paddypower dont offer rakeback and if im playing 100 $50 STT tourneys a week the rakeback would be $125 on average and this is a very good reason to move.

    Liquidity
I dont know about other sites but there dosent seem to be all that many games starting at the $50 level, i dont mind waiting a couple of mins but id like to see a bit more liquidity, do the Stt's played on paddypower include other players from other tribeca sites or is it only Paddypower players?

    Quality Of Players
Im not sure what the standard of quality is compared to other sites but i want to move to a site where the standard is similar to paddypower but i suppose this will be a tradeoff with liquidity.

    Software Compatible
I'd love to find a site that is compatible with Poker Office, i think its great, better than poker tracker but pokertracker dosent support stt's on tribeca. Heres a list of the compatible sites:

    Party Poker
    Empire Poker
    MultiPoker
    Intertops Poker
    PokerNow
    PokerStars
    Prima Network
    Ladbrokes
    iPoker network
    Pacific Poker
    Pokerroom.com Network
    B2B Network

Ideally id like to play 9 handed, is there little or no difference between 9 and 10 handed?? I dont want to play 6 handed for definite, i think 9 handed suits my game better. Am i been paranoid in thinking moving sites will effect my game, im used to chip sizes 2000 on PPP and the blind levels, maybe changing will effect my game or will good play be effective at any table.

Also to note my style is tight and aggressive. I like to play very tight in the early stages and play more aggressive in the latter stages when the blinds increase so the structure will be important too. Here is the current structure:

    NL Holdem
    2000 Starting Chips
    20/40
    30/60
    50/100
    60/120
    100/200
    150/300
    200/400
    300/600
    400/800
    500/1000
    600/1200

With 8min Intervals. I would see this as ideal i wouldnt like it any faster but i wouldnt mind longer intervals as it would suit my game but not too long as it would bring down my per hour profit.

So it would be great if someone could recommend a site that would be suitable so i can transfer my money from Paddypower into and get a nice signing on bonus if possible.

Full tilt is excellent for the first three of your requirements. The games fill really fast, you can get 27.5% RB (sign up through hendon mob) and the players are donks. Not sure about poker office though.

Don't want discussion of rakeback on the forum if possible. Put it in your sig if you are seeking or offering deals.

Stars have changed there Player Points system recently so that the value they give you (for buying stuff in their store) is pretty good. Not sure of the % it might equal though. Stars should also have plenty of STT's starting at the level you're looking for. And they have good structures.

Yeah fulltilt are very good for stt, actually bit too good, I find them too slow for my liking but that would probably suit you more.
Although I am pretty certain it doesn't work with Pokeroffice.

Great, ive checked it out and Full Tilt will be supported in the next week or so by poker office if there are no major problems.

Ive had a look on Full Tilt and they have a 100% signup bonus too but i dont know how long it would take to clear that playing $10-$20 STT's. Anyway i had a look but it dosent give any info on tourney structures, they seem to be only 5 min levels but then maybe they have more smaller blinds. 5 min levels would be very quick for me because im used to 8 min levels. It wasnt a turbo table either but it was later stages of tourney so maybe they increase then??

Anyway they look very much favourites now but im willing to listen to any other suggestions:

Stars could be an alternative but would the standard not be much higher at the $20-$50 level for STT's plus ive signed up there already so i wont get a sign up bonus.

Does it matter if its 9 or 10 handed for a STT? A 10 handed STT will become 9 handed fairly quickly and 10 handed will have a slightly larger prize pool. And your 9 handed game will soon be 8/7/6 etc handed so is there any advantage to be gained from the fact that you prefer playing 9 handed?

When you think of it that way then i think your right, its a stupid question and would really only apply if i was playing cash games, so ignore that silly question.
