Queue some quip by Ancient1 about how long I can go without buying some new kit. ;)

Anyway, incase you don't know, the Lundgren Model 7 is a pickup. Specifically, a humbucker designed for Meshuggah, 7 indicating it's the 7 String version. There's also Model 6's and 8's, just incase you're interested. They're hand-made by a guy in Sweden called Johan Lundgren, and from people I've talked to, they're supposed to be astounding.

The site says once payment is recieved, it takes 2-3 weeks. So by the end of November, I should have a shiny new pickup. :)

I'll be putting it in the Ibanez RG1527. The Blaze Custom is good, but I find it lacking compared to the Evolution7 in my Stealth.

Who knows though, I might end up liking it so much, I might shove the Evo7 in the 1527 and the M7 in the Stealth.

It has arrived today. Looks and feels really nice, seems much heavier and more solid than a DiMarzio or Duncan. Haven't installed it yet, but I'll probably do that tonight, aswell as giving the guitar a good clean and setup.

    Ok, update on this baby.

Didn't have much luck wiring it in, took it to a local tech, eventually figured that it was the switch that was causing all the headaches. Anyway, long story short, it's all working now. :D

Got it home yesterday, but I was a bit too excited about the K-7.

Anyway, this pickup rocks! It sounds incredible, just absolute crushing tone! It's a very hot sounding pickup, hotter than anything I've used, but very clear aswell. Sustains like a mother****er, and harmonics absolutely scream out with it.

So, yesterday was a very, very good day for me. :D

Sounds mental. Eventually, when the funds allow I will be updating the pickups on my Ibanez RG-T 42. Now I don't know what to do! M7, EMGs, Bareknucle, confused. That M7 sounds mental, as I already said, but it's slightly off the sound that I have in my head that I want. Feck.
