Hi, i work for a small company, currently we have our web site, designed, hosted and updated by a third party, the site needs an overhaul and when we request updates it can take a while and we lose business because of this. Is there any softwear you can purchase which has website templates etc and allows you to makes changes etc without knowing html? like as if i went into word and started making changes to a template document? id really appreciate your help, thanks

Lots, but I'd recommend you get a site designed & built for you with this type of modifying in mind. It might be better in the long run...
Check out Mambo and Joomla for these types of things
