O8 Hand Against A Tilter

    1/2 6 Handed PLO8

I have 300 and easily cover villain. He just donated most of his stack to me and is now tilting badly, raising every hand regardless of his holdings. He just outdrew somebody todouble back up to 150.

I raise AhKhKc2s from UTG to 3.50. Villain repots from the blinds. Should I flat call here and see a flop or repop it and get it allin preflop?

All in. EDIT: This is an simple pot, pot, pot situation, especially against a tilter

I was going to say call and have a look at the flop, but nah, I think just get it in.

I should have said he will bet the pot on the flop no matter what cards come down.

I was thinking about the hand afterwards and thought I played it badly. By pushing it in preflop, I'm negating any advantage I have over this player postflop by essentially playing bingo where my hand wont have a huge amount of equity over a random 4 card holding. Added to this is the fact that he's tilting and will be willing to bet the pot on nearly every flop and in subsequent hands.

you're 2-1 against a random hand, thats a huge edge. And even the most maniacal player is going to sometimes check fold the turn if he's completely missed, though he might be happy to get it all in pf.

So whats your plan if you call and see a flop?

Obviously the reason behind the thread was the fact I lost the hand to A359 when it was all in preflop and he hit a 9 high flush.

If I call and see a flop I'm able to play the hand perfectly as I have position and he will bet the pot regardless of the cards.

How does that allow you to play the hand perfectly?

You play the hand perfectly by getting it all in prefllop.

Unless you get a peak at his cards before he bets the flop i am not sure how you can play the hand perfectly?
Surely lots of flops that miss you miss him also and i assume you lay down to his bet ?

I didn't realise that I was as a big a favourite as 2-1 preflop. obviously getting it all-in preflop is way better if those numbers are correct.
