My collegues and I are working on an electronic device that is roughly the same size as a harddrive MP3 player. We have it enclosed in a very sturdy casing that allows us to display the LCD screen clearly make use of the various buttons. Our only problem is that for this device to be used professionally, its going to need all the buttons labeled. So far we used just a simple label printing thingy that prints characters onto stickers but thats not good enough. Ths has to be as good as the text you see on a calculator or mp3 player telling you what each button does. Anyone tell me where I can get that done, or if there's a simple device that can do it?

I know that manufacturers of keypads will customise them as required, but they're very expensive for small orders.

Find a standard keypad wth the right number & layout of buttons on radionics or farnell, then follow the links to the manufacturer.
