anyone having trouble with busybeedvd??

    well i've been quite happy with busybeedvd since i joined up with them 6 months ago but now i'm quite peeved at them as they're not responding to my emails about a problem. basically they 'sent' out 2 dvds to me on Oct 19th and i still haven't received them yet. Normally the dvds arrive in the post the next day and sometimes it can take 2 days, so i waited for a week just to be sure that the problem wasn't due to the post.
    Now i had a problem before but when i emailed them they responded immediately and sorted out whatever problem there was. But now i have emailed them on thursday, friday, tuesday and still haven't heard anything from them? weird, huh?? i'm getting really annoyed at this stage as a paying customer and haven't received any dvds for 2 weeks now. is anyone else having trouble with their customer service??
