Trend Micro House Call

Everytime I try to do a Trend Micro House Call the computer stalls on "inactive". I'm doing it in firefox, not sure if that makes any difference. Is it because I have too many programs running at once??

Does the program work in IE ?

What version of Firefox have you got ?

Tried disabling adblock (if installed) or Firefox safe mode.
