Does any one konw if its alright to print and resize your own photo to apply for a driving licence.
I can resize it to 35mm X 45mm in photoshop and print it on glossy paper, but should it be black and white?

Me too. On high quality photo paper. No problems. Did passport too. No problems, even with new stricter rules on the photo lighting and dimensions.
