Don't agree with everything they say (FFX is fabulous and doesn't deserve the criticism) but there are some good points (FF2 being absolutely atrocious, FFVI being better than FFVII and FFIX being unfarily underrated). Interesting read.

Its funny, I don't think there's been any proper (PAL) Final Fantasy release while this forum has been in existence. Sad but true

Once FFXII arrives, it'll be nearly 5 years since FFX.

On topic: Good, concise article. Makes me want to play FFVIII again, despite the criticism.
