I want to place a reflective barrier over a concrete screed (floor insulated with 70mm of insulation). This is to stop heat passing through into the screed and also take the coldness away from the floor. Anybody know is there such a product?

Are you planning on exposing this layer. Or will you be covering it with flooring?
