    If the LCD screen is damaged and the liquid has leaked, then the unit is probably un-repairable. You may need to get the whole thing replaced at a cost - call and ask Creative.

    Yes it is replaceable. Here is the link for the procedure to do it...

    Replacement Procedure

    Though I can't seem to find a link for a replacement screen for you. Though through some linking and searching IU found that apparently Creative charge approx $122 for a new screen from the American repairs department. Worth getting in touch with Creative perhaps. Just back up your music if you need to before sending it off.
