I've never heard of this dude before, but its gotten some decent reviews so I'd thought I'd check it out.The production is consistently good throughout and the lyrics are of the pleasant but forgettable kind. Some nice collabs with Speech and De La Soul.

The Idea,Closer and Sophisticated and Coarse are the standout tracks imo.Well worth a look, although there's been better released this year.

Both of his first two releases are pretty nice, Awkward & Upwards. And whereas its not life-changing stuff, its definitely worth a listen. Haven't heard the newest release. I've been led to believe its pretty good, but doesn't quite match up to the previous two

Besides one weak hook, the production and execution of the album are both very impressive. He ain't up too much lyrically though.Still the album's got a nice laidback vibe to it.

However he does compare himself to the Hip-Hop version of Coldplay, a line that nearly ruins the whole abum.
