i am lookin for directions to the tf royal can anyone help me will be trevelling from the sligo direction

If you're driving from Sligo and you're coming in on the turlough road, you should come into castlebar via a roundabout with a yellow hostel on one side (the lonely planet) and a petrol station on the other side. Go straight down the road between these two. You will come to another roundabout, go straight on that one as well. That will take you past the fire station. There'll be another roundabout, go right on that one, you'll pass a playground. Go straight ahead until you see McDonald's. The TF parking lot is directly opposite that.
