Home Build Home, Any Conflicts?

    so im starting a home build, using a few things from my current pc and buying a few new pieces, this is what ive decided to get brand new so far.

    Case, CS-iQ-eye Alu Design Silver

    mobo, MSI K8MM3-V, K8M800, Socket-754

    Ive got a AMD Sempron Processor 3400+ from the old pc, which i intend re-using.
    my graphics is a Nvidia GeForce 6600 GT. my psu is 450w cant remeber but i'm think of getting a coolmaster musketeer III so im guessing i'll need more power.

    basically im wondering if everything above will work together, any conflicts?

    You don't need a new PSU; everything is fine & dandy in that setup.
    Only thing I'd look into is maybe adding a new CPU cooler.
    Then try to overclock the sh!t outta it all! :p
