Dell 1907FP Monitor: Can I move on screen control panel?

    I have a Dell 1907FP LCD monitor.

I use it for digital image processing and colour is critical.

My problem is that I want to calibrate the monitor by placing the monitoring device in the middle of the screen.

However, that is exactly where the control panel (for colour, brightness, contrast etc...) appears. This means placing the device off-centre, where the readings aren't quite the same.

I can't seem to click and drag the panel, so is there any other way I can move it into the corner of the screen?

    Many thanks.

    D.

    I have the 1906FP.

You can move the on-screen display.

On the monitor, press the menu/select button, go down to OSD settings and change the horizontal and vertical settings.
