Get doublespeed (2000PES), play on 1 star (or easy, or what ever it's called these days..) and play 5 min matches in one of the cups. It's about as quick as you can go, but it's really very, very boring.

The best way is to start a custom league or cup and just put two teams in it and you only have to play 1 or 2 games and you get the full pes points for winning it that's the easiest way.
