    That’s probably a more appropriate name for it for some people this morning.

    I've always called day light savings so I'll just stick to that

    (Ahem) In my day there was no daylight savings! (The hour changed, but it wasn't "daylight savings"...)

    We have just gone back one hour from British Summer Time (BST) to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) according to the instruction manual belonging to my new 'Radio Controlled clock' which sets itself according to the radio signal it receives from the BBC transmitter in Rugby, and it even adjusts itself from BST to GMT automatically!

    How cool is that .........................
