    i just ordered an Club3D radeon x1900rx, and just noticed that one of its power requirements is a 450w psu but i only have a 420w, will this affect its performance by crashing/slower clock speeds? or will it make no difference?

    any help much appreciated :)

    Wont make a difference it should be fine with the 420W.

    Depends.
    If it's a good-quality PSU, it would probably be fine with even a 400W;
    if it's an el-Cheapo, the PSU is more likely to perform at <300W level ;)

    all vga's have a psu requirement?

    but yeah you'll be fine with that PSU, its ATX2 so it should have a dedicated PCIe 12v rail. Read up on the specs of it though.

    What is the rest of your system specs anyway? You don't have 6 HDDs, 10 USB devices and 4 Optical drives do you? :D
