Iriver vid problems

have an iriver h320 (eu firmware 1.30) ive converted my music vids using the ireverter 0.16 but when i put them into the iriver the player does not reconise the files , any help plz?

Go back to 1.29 'cos I think 1.30 may have the video function disabled.
