Here's the story, my house is on the main street of a village, i came home from work one day and there was a mini piler (Usually you see these in front of county council houses) put up right outside my sitting room window of the house, does the county council have the right to do this? they also damaged the block work from one end to the other, with the christmas coming the house cant be painting because this mini piler is in the way. Do i have a case?
