Call and check/push on the turn?

Chances are if he's trying something he's going to fold to a push here, why not let him catch the turn card and check it into him? If he bets, push. If he checks then I guess a push on the river is in order.

That's my play anyway, I'm sure others will improve on it.

Could be staring at 10 10 here givent he pre flop play. I call and re-evaluate on turn

I shove here. I assume he cant get away from a decent queen, especially as the shove looks like AA or KK more so than it does AQ or KQ.

    On reflection, just shove.

I'd be pretty sure you're miles ahead here too, but your line depends on how villain sees you.
    If you're LAG, it's a push.
The min re-raise of your CR is odd though, but I think 10 10 just flat calls here.

If you don't think he's got TT and you're not going to fold I like a small reraise and then a small raise on the turn. He's probably not going to fold KK or AA probably and might bluff it all off. People usually don't like small raises but if he is drawing to 2 or 3 outs with KQ AA or KK I think its the way to get the most.

If you think he'll fold AA KK to another bet, even a small 1 I'd check and bet the turn half pot.

I'd say he's going to drop all but trips if you make a big reraise.

On the turn I think all PPs and probably AK checks behind you so don't really like a call and then checking turn.

A shove here makes the Q so obvious. Smooth call and check push the turn

I put villan on possible AA, AK, AQ, KK, KJ, JJ, 1010. Reraise him now, any of them cards hit and they can kill you. Why let him catch up. Double his raise if you want to take a slight risk, then depending on turn push, or just push now. No free cards.

i seriously doubt villain is going to fold to an all in, he seems to love his hand, hence not just calling the check raise on the flop, he isntead min raises you and is not committed to the hand. PUSH

    Result:

I flat called his flop reraise. Turn was a blank 2. I bet half pot, he shoves, I called. Hes got 10 10. 200 brick down the swany!

Is anyone here cute enough to get away from this?

i would have put him on tens, it's the only hand i cud see calling the shove and playing the flop like that. Especially if he's solid and not stupid. i said i thoughtu were behind at first in my first post but edited it.

You played the hand fine, nobody should ever get away from this hand

Its an unfortunate hand. Shouldn't the thread be called Maximum Value IP though? Think the title threw a few people off .
I think nobody can get away from this if they dont have a read on the player. Some opps are so predictable that anyone could get away from this hand vs them, but not many TAs are that predictable.
