The weirdest things pop into my head at times....:p, today I remembered a robot that I used to have, in fact my brother had one too, and a lot of our friends.

The robot in question is the..........'SATURN ROBOT'

How cool was it eh? With its head mounted rocket launcer (in all honesty what space age robot would be without a rocket launcer!), lunar belly display, flashing red eyes, shuffling feet and above all......the noise it made (not so much sound effects, but the noise of the motors and gears etc )

    The blasted thing ATE batteries!

So who had one then? The late 80's/early 90's were a good time for some funky robots, so what had you got??

Yep had one of the cheaper versions of that robot, two C sized batteries. The sound out of it was terrible and everytime he spun around, he kept falling over, thats what I get for getting the el cheapo version. :)
