Renshi Noel Mc Hugh will be teaching a three hour mini-seminar on CFS, Control Fighting System, in NUI Maynooth on Sunday, 5th November '06. The seminar will run from 13:00 - 16:00.

CFS was developed by Renshi McHugh to teach quick and effective defence in a combat situation. It's aimed at, and suitable for, people of all experience levels.

Entrance Fee: €10, €5 on production of valid student ID
