Who do you complain to ? Kilshane Cross

I get the Urbus service quite frequently from the airport to Blanchardstown and vice vera and sometimes onto Swords.
I have no problem with the bus being a few mins late as I know the bus drivers can't beat the traffic.
What I would like to complain about is the sometimes 20-25 mins delay sitting at Kilshane cross some mornings and even since the new road M2 it hasn't improved journey times much.(It did the 1st week but thats all)
Is there a point in complaining to anyone about this ? Would anything be done?

You have no problem with traffic holding you up for a few minutes but when it holds you up for longer you want to complain? My journey to work usually takes an hour. It has on a few occasions taken 2 1/2 hours!
That is the nature of commuting! Just accept it or move job to one closer to home!

No I want to complain about the hold up at Kilshane Cross ? I believe they change the light times frequently so was wondering have who ever controls this ever come out to look at the effect it has !

The problem is that all trucks etc that want to use the N2 still have to pass through Kilshane Cross coming fom or to Blanch.

There should have been an intersection there.

A bit of clearance work. Widen approach roads from airport/blanch directions, take out the lights and put in a roundabout. Problem solved.

Tailbacks run in the Airport/Blanch direction anyway. Doesn't look like the light sequence was changed since the N2 dualler opened.

No, it has. Much better going across the old N2. But tailbacks persist.. And there is a huge amiunt of N2 traffic still coming in to it..

    Been watching it...

Agreed. The junction choices on the new N2 are inexplicable. There should also be one on the R121 and one on the R125 (actually on it, not just where it meets the old N2).
