Pensions-Problems anyone?

The reason I'm writing this post is to find out how are other people finding the pension crisis.
I work in the private sector and I still haven't had my pension taken care of and I'm here two years in my job.
I've had pension schemes sent way, which are not worth a whole lot compared to what the older long serving staff are on.
Anyway what I'm wondering is, is this typical of what others in the private sector are experiencing?
Curious to see if I am unique!

I'm having difficulty understanding your English. If your employer hasn't offered you access to a pension scheme chase them. For most employees in the private sector they will have to fund their pensions themselves, hopefully with some employer contribution. Most people do not realise how much they should be putting away, and will probably be shocked when they find out (usually too late) that they may have to retire on a tiny pension. You need to start saving asap and start saving hard.

Older workers may have had the benefit of defined benefit schemes. These are usually not available to younger workers.
